Trips requested within 7 days of the desired date require a $100 non-refundable deposit before we check guide availability. If we are unable to secure a guide for your requested date and time, your deposit will be refunded in full. If a guide is available, the deposit will be applied toward your trip cost, and the remaining balance will be due before your trip. If we find you a guide and you do not complete the booking process or are unavailable during the times our guides determine are best for the trip, this non-refundable fee is forfeited. This policy ensures we can fairly compensate our guides for reserving time on short notice.

Groups & Corporate Trips. All parties larger than 4 anglers, or any corporate trip, must call the shop to book. These trips require custom pricing to cover specialized hosting, administrative coordination, and rental gear preparation.
Please note that large groups cannot purchase multiple individual trips to bypass this; doing so will result in a price adjustment or surcharge to cover the necessary group logistics.

inside 30 days carries a restocking fee, and inside one week it is non-refundable —
