Liability Waiver

Everyone who fishes with a South Branch Outfitters guide, or takes one of our on-the-water classes, signs this once a year. It takes about a minute and works fine on a phone.

• One waiver per angler. Each person signs their own — a trip booked for three needs three signatures.
• Good for the calendar year. If you fished with us last season, sign again — your first trip of the year is the one that needs it.
• Under 18? A parent or legal guardian signs on their behalf, once a year the same way.
• Sign any time before your trip. Doing it in advance means more time on the water and less time in the parking lot.

Adobe emails you a signed copy the moment you finish, and sends us ours — there is nothing to print, scan, or bring with you.
